convenient location excellent customer service helpful supervisor terrible breakfast slow lifts mediocre gym

I found the location very convenient. It is close to transport and shops. the hotel reception offered excellent customer service. a supervisor even accompanied us to retrieve our forgotten belongings in the safe after check-out (i was so relieved!).

The breakfast was terrible. there were so many people, and it seemed unclean. the lifts were also awful. It took 20 minutes to get back to the room from the gym, since all lifts were full (it was quite frustrating). the gym was mediocre with only running and cycling machines.

The location provided convenient access to the metro station.

The cleaning service required constant reminders, despite the service sign being displayed. Trash remained unemptied until requested, becoming a daily inconvenience. I found the need to call for cleaning services daily to be bothersome.

wide spread convenient stores metro station

I found two convenience stores near the hotel that is great. One was 7 Eleven and the other was Family Mart I liked that the hotel was close to the metro station. It made getting around very easy I really enjoyed the breakfast. There was a good variety of food.

The gym has cardio equipment but lacks hand weights.

solid stay near longshan temple!

convenient location taiwanese breakfast metro station

the location was quite convenient. i liked that longshan temple and the metro station were only a short walk away. the 7-eleven next door made grabbing coffee and snacks very easy. i also found a traditional taiwanese breakfast spot just a short walk eastward.

the elevator situation was a bit frustrating. during peak times, it got really crowded, largely because of the tour groups. i waited around 10-15 minutes at the lift lobby without getting on, so i returned to my room.

the room was spacious and suited my needs well. the bathroom was more than adequate for a single person. i found that there was ample space to store all my luggage and travel items.

the hotel is close to the wanhua metro station. this made getting around the city very easy. i could also conveniently order an uber to get to different attractions around the city.

the staff were very helpful. they also communicated effectively in english. i saw them assist guests with ordering taxis and explaining how to use the train system around the city.

the room had a big comfy bed. excellent toilet with separate compartments was very useful. i also appreciated the automated bidet spray.

the room was small for a family. it made it uncomfortable to move around. the carpet was old and dusty, this triggered constant sneezing
