the enormous central pool was a BIG plus. I also enjoyed the space next to the river. Breakfast there while starlings visited was a delight! The hotel's private boat to the beach was convenient.

I was told to access the Al a carte restaurant . I was required to book the night before. I tried to book a reservation for the second night. It was already fully booked. I was unable to access the Al a carte restaurant.

the hotel food options impressed me. i found many selections suitable for various food intolerances and allergies. the room was adequate it had a comfortable bed, a private bathroom with shower, and a balcony. there were enough activities available each day with schedules posted throughout the hotel.

i encountered some issues . the room i received was an accessible room, it was not requested. i learned the hotel was fully booked when i inquired about a different room. the room was situated opposite the service door, the early-morning noise from staff made resting difficult.

I visited with friends and found the facilities excellent. The indoor swimming pool and sauna were clean and relaxing spaces. I liked that several areas allowed quiet relaxation and scenic views. The beach is also easily accessible from the hotel. It is well-kept.
