Really good Amenities and Service

spacious room rainfall shower

The room was spacious and well kept. The bathroom included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. I found the hotel staff to be professional and quick to respond to requests. The reception was indeed friendly. I commend their management for a job well done.

I experienced issues with the temperature control in my room. The room was too warm, and I found it difficult to adjust the temperature to my liking. The lack of a functional thermostat impacted my comfort.

The staff consistently displayed a customer-first mindset. Staff members at the door, reception, and room service were cute. They were professional and quick to respond to any needs I presented. This resulted in prompt support.

friendly staff smooth elevator

I found the reception staff friendly. They helped me feel welcomed. the elevator ride was also cool, requiring you to select your floor on a touchscreen outside before assigning a private lift, so smooth!
