street noise was a HUGE issue

attentive staffloud streetlow shower pressure
the staff were helpful and attentive.
the noise levels were UNACCEPTABLE. the street was loud, especially at night, with what sounded like a club nearby. even the earplugs did little to block the noise, so i barely slept. the shower pressure was also terrible.

Lovely Boutique Stay

helpful staffavailable pastriesbeautiful terracepoor ventilation
The staff was helpful. They provided many recommendations for food and bars. The rooms included water, coffee, fruits, and pastries all day. This. I found a huge terrace on top. It was filled with plants, just perfect for breakfast outside.
My room faced the inside stairs. The natural ventilation was poor. The room became hot. This.
Location
9/10
The hotel is located near a local library. Casa de La Ciudad is less than one block away. This spot offered many opportunities for reading and research. I found this very useful.
Dining
9/10
The hotel had its own bakery. Breakfast included fresh bread from it. This ensured great quality and freshness. I could taste a real difference. Ordering from the restaurant and eating on the rooftop was possible.
Facilities
9/10
There is a beautiful terrace. It offers four amazing views of the city and concert arena. The terrace provides a great space to eat, rest, read, or work. This.
Service

The hotel staff offered a welcome drink. They were very attentive and helpful. I felt welcomed overall. Staff met my needs with whatever i requested.
Rooms

The room included a delicious little chocolate and biscuit. The rooms each had a slightly different style. The rooms were thoughtfully decorated. I appreciated how cozy they felt.

Decent Stay but Some Issues

loud musiclow pressure
The noise level was quite high. A nearby club played loud music past 2 AM. The shower lacked sufficient water pressure, disappointing. The location is central. but the late-night noise made it difficult to sleep comfortably. I used the earplugs provided, but the sound still bothered me. I expected better soundproofing. considering the price.
