expensive saunaimpractical room design

The steam and sauna access incurred a fee of 45 euros per person for ninety minutes. Excessive, i assert. furthermore, upon arrival, the receptionist offered little in the way of cordiality, an unwelcome introduction. room six presented an impractical two-level design, the bathroom being on the main level with the bed in a loft accessible only by a circular staircase. this arrangement proves distinctly UNsuitable.

The grounds were gorgeous. I enjoyed the views of the surrounding hills. Breakfast was awesome. The bar and breakfast staff were amazing. (the cocktails were strong!).

The toilet paper in the room was not soft.

The hotel is situated beneath the cathedral. A walk to the city center took about 25 minutes. This location reflects the tranquility OF the area, very peaceful.

Breakfast included fresh roses on each table. The on-site restaurant provided truffle dinners. The fresh ingredients are sourced directly from their own garden. The bar offers generous snacks.

The reception staff was kind and helpful. Staff members were attentive to every need. The staff's kindness was excellent. I found Igor at the reception to be especially helpful.

i found the location excellent with easy parking available (a big plus!). the staff was very attentive and friendly. i appreciated the beautiful setup and the tasteful decoration throughout the hotel.

the lobby restaurant was not operational regularly.
