The staff was warm and helpful. They arranged in-villa massages for me. The onsite restaurant had healthy food, with Balinese flavors. Breakfast was good each morning, with fruits and smoothie bowls.

I requested a quiet room, but was given a suite that shared a wall. I could hear the guests next door (even whispering). The cleanliness was below expectations (old cake in the minibar). The curtains were stained and ripped.
