Excellent Stay in a Vibrant Location

prime location rooftop pool attentive service

The hotel is in a prime location. It makes access to key areas very easy. The rooftop pool and dining area provided beautiful views. The hotel served meals and drinks from local providers. I appreciated the attentive service at the restaurant.

The air conditioning in my room was not very effective. The temperature was difficult to regulate.

mixed feelings about this visit

desk rudeness cultural insensitivity

the hotel location was convenient for accessing nearby areas.

i did not appreciate the Front desk rudeness. staff told me, i cannot rest my feet on the coffee table because it was against their culture. this policy feels misplaced given the predominantly western clientele and i found it off.

delicious choices professional staff room soundproofing street window

The free breakfast buffet was a must!!! Alisha and her team of Bini and Jit are fantastic. The staff was very kind and professional too.

The noise leakage in between the rooms and the window facing the street was noticeable. It reminded me of there's no wall whatsoever and no window. This was something I didn't expect from this place.

The staff was always ready to help. Reshma and Bipasha offered warm hospitality to guests. I loved the genuine and caring way they treated me.

Our non-smoking room had a strong cigarette smell upon arrival. The ventilation was horrible. The AC did not work, so I could only turn on the heating.

shame excuse extra payments

the hotel has a perfect location and it lies at the entrance of a tourist area, which avoids the need of transport to the city center.

the staff claimed my creditcards failed, i had to paid cash. that wasnt true. the hotel received my payments, but they refused to return it with shame excuse. i was disappointed!

small gym street noise

The gym was surprisingly small. i found only two treadmills and a single stationary bike. More equipment is necessary. also, the soundproofing was not effective. Street noise was a consistent problem. this made it difficult to relax during the day and to sleep soundly at night.

modern room comfortable room central location

I enjoyed a great stay! the rooms are modern plus comfortable. They provided a cozy place after exploring. the staff greets you always with a smile, so i felt at home. its central location is amazing.

the hotel has a strong cigarette smell. the ac did not work. the floor smelled badly. the fresh air ventilation system they have was very loud
