Bamurru Plains is located on a water buffalo station in the Top End of Australia, with exclusive access to a beautiful wilderness region of over 300 square kilometres. This area hosts one of the largest crocodile populations in the world and annual migrations of over one hundred thousand magpie geese. The property is situated on the edge of Kakadu National Park, providing easy access to diverse landscapes and rich wildlife.

The accommodation consists of ten safari bungalows and two larger retreats, the Kingfisher Suite and Jabiru Retreat, all designed with mesh walls to immerse guests in the surrounding nature. Each bungalow offers a king-size bed, private ensuite, and views of the floodplain, allowing wildlife to be seen from the comfort of the room. The Jabiru Retreat includes a private plunge pool, accessible from its own walkway.
