coffee machine welcome inclusion homely atmosphere different room no follow-up requested view

The rooms felt so comfortable! They are decorated very tastefully plus the coffee machine was so welcome in the mornings. The hotel has a homely atmosphere. Staff are kind.

I did ask for a different room when I arrived. I requested it for a change of view however, there was no follow up regarding my request. The request was not offered. It has been my 5th time here with multiple rooms.

the location was convenient for visiting the nearby discovery park. the breakfast was great (especially the pancakes!). the parking was ample and easy to access behind the building.

the food at the restaurant was really good and priced fairly. i found breakfast to be excellent, with plenty of choices. the room was clean and the bed comfortable. i would consider staying again.

the fire alarm went off in my room one morning. no staff member came to explain. it woke me up.

the hotel provided ample parking behind the building at no extra charge. it allowed for simple and easy access to my vehicle. it made coming and going very simple.

impersonal check-in fluctuating shower

The check-in process felt impersonal. The receptionist barely acknowledged me. A minor inconvenience was the inconsistent Wi-Fi signal in my room. The shower temperature fluctuated a lot. I had dinner in the restaurant one night, but the steak was a bit overcooked for my taste. It's a shame. It could have been a perfect stay.
