Really good stay!

attentive staff clean pool

I appreciated the staff's attentiveness. They accommodated my need for a needle and thread, even running to the store. The restaurant offered great food. I ate there two of my three nights. I liked sitting on the balcony. The pool was inviting (and clean).

The shower leaked water all over the bathroom floor, inconvenient. The volume on the tv did not work. I only had half a roll of toilet paper.

The staff arranged both a scooter and an elephant safari for me. They are kind and attentive. They were accommodating to my needs (i really needed a needle and thread).

friendly staff superb view high quality food hidden paradise

The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room had superb views of nearby rocks. Breakfast included high-quality, well-prepared food.

The shower leaked water all over the bathroom floor. It was slightly inconvenient.

Really good Hospitality and Beautiful Surroundings

Each villa is a private retreat within lush greenery. The traditional Sri Lankan breakfasts were diverse . The pool was large enough for swimming, and the restaurant featured a broad menu with delicious options. Pre-ordering the curry is well worth it.

The shower design resulted in water leaking onto the bathroom floor.

underwhelming, unfortunately

musty odor uninspired menu

the pool was super clean and inviting. it was probably the best feature.

The staff, while present, did not seem particularly proactive. the beautiful double room balcony i booked had a definite musty odor and a swarm of mosquitoes. also, the evening menu lacked imagination. It seemed like the chef phoned it in.
