totally awesome stay!

great options aquahouse access pleasant music

the food! great options for both breakfast and dinner . aquahouse access was included and i really enjoyed it. the hotel looks very well maintained with the garden and surroundings looking fantastic. evenings had the most pleasant music playing in the reception area.

the armchair upholstery had a slight stain. it was hardly noticeable but i did see it.

the staff was always smiling and super helpful. they really go above and beyond to ensure your needs are met. i saw them assisting many people with a friendly attitude and quick actions.

dirty carpet towel fee

I was not impressed with the hallway carpet. It had several stains and looked rather dirty. The reception staff made a mistake regarding the Aquahouse towels. They told me the towels were free. I was surprised to find out later that I had to pay extra for towels and bathrobes at Aquahouse.

spacious room big bed sea view leaking shower slippery floor insufficient towels

the room was spacious. the bed was very big. the balcony had a sea view. there was a pool for adults and a separate pool for children.

the shower leaked into the bathroom. my son slipped on the floor. i had to use towels to mop the leaking shower.
