Wonderful Stay , Great Service
amazing customer service great people
I appreciated the hotel staff's amazing customer service , some of the best I've ever experienced. The people were great and the room was perfect. They looked after us well and more than expected.
I found that the pool was ice cold , and the refrigerator was not working. There also was no hair conditioner. It is a massive hotel.

Our room offered great comfort with nice pillows and a perfect mattress for sleep. The balcony included comfortable chairs and a cosy corner for relaxation.

I thought the food was lovely , with dishes that went beyond expectations. Every meal was a culinary delight , but the desserts deserve all the stars. The restaurant is well-organized , even during busy times.

Perfect Stay in Crete
separate rooms en-suite bathroom comfortable beds friendly staff
The hotel provided a Family Room, a great setup for my family. It had two separate rooms, each with a balcony and an en-suite bathroom. I found the beds quite comfortable. The room was cleaned every day. The staff stood out as the best part of the experience as they were professional and friendly.
I noticed locals had access to the pools. It limited chair access .

The hotel offers two pool areas. The smaller pool area was preferable because it was quieter and had available loungers. There are wait staff around the pool during the day (a feature I appreciated).

The hotel staff, from the reception to the breakfast staff, were friendly and accommodating. The dining room staff were especially lovely (I commend them for their efficient and helpful service). They made the day for me.
