The staff were accommodating. They quickly stored our bags and provided keys so we could make our football game. the breakfast service stood out. A staff member spoke with our driver to ensure he knew we were finishing up. i felt they were great. i will certainly book again for future visits.
my room was a bit small and seemed intended for only one guest, though it was sold as a beautiful double. the double bed pushed against the wall limited space. i noticed a constant smell in the clean bathroom, requiring frequent use of the exhaust fan.

the staff were very friendly from checking in to my departure. the location was excellent as i was visiting anfield stadium. jade was especially helpful, she. i will certainly consider staying again.
i noticed a small stain on the carpet, though it didn't affect my overall experience.
