stained surfacesoutdated software

The room had some issues. Housekeeping really should invest in better cleaning products. Some surfaces looked stained. the TV was a pain. It kept crashing whenever I tried to stream anything. I wish they would update the software.

i loved the room upgrade with a larger hot tub facing the caldera. the room provided multiple viewpoints. breakfast downstairs near the main pool was delicious. the staff were friendly and helpful .

some toilets and sinks looked not clean, needing decalcifying cleaning products.

the main hotel patio features an infinity pool with views across the caldera. the location is right on the footpath between fira and oia. a local bus stop is located at the hotel entrance.

snacks and drinks were very tasty. taso's taverna is literally a one minute walk away. lunch everyday at the hotel was reasonably priced. they greeted me with a lovely mimosa upon arrival
