elegant building friendly staff comfortable beds
I found the building beautiful and elegant. It had plenty of character. staff members were friendly and polite. rooms were large with comfortable beds.
the building architecture both inside and out impressed me. the staff members i encountered were friendly and helpful. the food i ate there was really good. i especially liked the dog bowls in the room. there was also a blanket and a treat box with a tennis ball and treats.
i found the dining room carpet to be worn. it was also rucked up. the decor looked like it needed some attention. i noticed that some seating was severely stained. the main stair carpet was threadbare on step edges. there was also a lot of dust on the main ceiling light.

The room had available EV charging, which I used (it was very convenient!). Breakfast offered plenty of choices. I found the restaurant staff particularly pleasant and helpful.
The main stair carpet was completely threadbare on the step edges.

The room was super clean and perfect for my needs. the hotel grounds were lovely. all the staff were very kind and lovely. It. i look forward to visit again when it's sunnier.

i have dinner with a big group, and the food taste good and fresh ingredients were used. the cooking was excellent for both breakfast and the evening meal, so i appreciated the quality. pricing was also good.

the staff was polite, cheerful, and quick. the reception ringed 20 minutes after check-in to check all was good, this shows toppenservice. the staff are very helpful and friendly, that makes stay nicer.
