The staff were friendly and accommodating so that was acceptable.

The room was underwhelming for the price I paid. The bathtub was old and the shower curtain did not stay in place so water leaked onto the floor. I also heard everything in the hallways, which disrupted my sleep.

the hotel sits conveniently across from the beach. i noticed a mcdonald's nearby, which could be handy for quick bites. contacting the front desk via phone and text for assistance seemed efficient. i thought that was great.

I enjoyed the breakfast at the longboard club. It was worth it! momosan offered another delicious meal option i liked a lot. the fact that an abc store connects to the hotel is just SO convenient!!!

i definitely loved that the facility had a fitness suite and various fitness classes. shops were available, and car hire was easy. the staff were SOOO kind and helpful always. a laundry room was very helpful for washing clothes.

restaurant menu had LIMITED options for dinner. i only saw one dinner dish available.

The staff was helpful, attentive, courteous, and professional. the hotel's location provided convenient access around the area. i found the lobby visually appealing. It had a beautiful design.

I found overly floral fragrance soaps, including body wash and hand soap, to be unpleasant. the live music from the pool at night was very loud in my room when i checked in at 9pm. I tried to change rooms, but they were booked. the hallways smelled like wet rags.
