The room had a window facing the restaurant's courtyard. It seemed like i had to keep the curtains closed all the time. even showering required closing the blackout curtains which is not what i expected. sleeping before midnight was impossible because of restaurant noise. It seemed like my bed was in the middle of the restaurant, i reported it twice! a big disappointment, the worst experience of our trip. Price and quality is a no-go.

the breakfast was delicious. the staff were really nice and helpful. they helped me with general queries! the location is fantastic.

the room lighting was poor! this added to the angst of the stairs at night. the ceiling lights are a dimmer system. they did not work effectively. i had to hold the switch, and they were very annoying and useless during the night.

The superior double room in the annex building was spacious and well-designed. I appreciated the modern layout and the artistic touches throughout the hotel. The breakfast was a highlight. I enjoyed sitting in the garden area (it added a peaceful start to the day). The staff were friendly and made helpful recommendations for a local boat tour.

The entrance was a little hard to find because it is tucked away in a side street, and the signage is not very prominent.
