The team WAS helpful. I loved the hotel's modern look. The hotel hosted entertainment nights a few times a week. I REALLY enjoyed this. The drinks and dinner menu completed those evenings.

Stylish facilities ARE available . Two nice pools feature comfortable cabanas and sun beds. These amenities are well kept and easily accessible to all hotel guests, and provided a relaxing experience.

The location WAS great! Getting to Chania is easy, only 15 minutes by bus. The bus stop is conveniently located right outside the hotel. THIS is a huge plus!

The buffet breakfast IS great. It offers good choices. I also sampled very good cocktails every evening. While the menu IS limited, the food quality is high, and I enjoyed every meal.

The beach was very close. It was only a one minute walk. Breakfast had excellent quality and good variety. Ladi restaurant offers delicious flavors and very well-prepared dishes.

The proximity of neighbors on the balcony bothered me. The perfume in the room was overpowering! though it was not all the time. The water pressure in the shower was not good.

the restaurant staff were friendly. they worked hard to. the room was clean. i found there were plenty of parking spaces right outside.

the shower did not have a door. this meant the bathroom floor got wet when i showered. the room was very small. i found this especially noticeable compared to other hotels i stayed at on the island.
