the room i was assigned had several issues. the television was outdated and lacked smart features. the shower cubicle was cramped making it difficult to maneuver comfortably. these shortcomings detracted from an otherwise acceptable experience.

the hotel staff were really friendly. the room had a spacious feel and comfortable bed, i slept well. there was free parking, a definite plus when traveling.

the bathroom tap was not secure. it moved when i tried to turn the tap on or off.

I was looking forward to a relaxing stay. this meant i had to find alternative dinner plans at the last minute. the room itself needed some care. It was dusty and had some rust in the bathroom. a working tv with streaming services would have been nice.

the room was clean, and the bed was quite large.

my stay had a significant issue. a staff member mistakenly entered my room late at night. i was asleep at the time, and the intrusion was startling. this incident greatly impacted my sense of security and made it difficult to relax afterwards.
