The food was lovely in the restaurant I dined at. Staff members were friendly and provided prompt service. The power shower in my room was very good. I appreciated the outdoor patio area directly accessible from my ground floor room.
The gym did not fully meet my expectations. Some equipment seemed to be out of order. I found this somewhat disappointing given the overall quality of the hotel.

the breakfast offered a full english buffet that was cooked well. there was salmon available for a small extra charge. i also appreciated the spacious grounds. It reminded me of being out in the countryside. the decor was sophisticated, with warm carpets throughout the corridors.
i wish a late checkout option was available. this would have.

The room was super clean. I was happy. the christmas decorations were present and very beautiful. i found the provided facilities to be very good. the gym was also very nice and a pleasant addition.

The gym has multiple machines. I noticed there was a treadmill and also a bike. The spa included a sauna that worked well. The pool offered a space to relax.
The breakfast service ended quite early in the morning.
