The staff was friendly and helpful , offering assistance when needed.
The check-in process was frustrating. I arrived and found that dining was strictly scheduled with only two slots available. It felt unreasonable since I was staying there and wanted to eat at a normal time.

The room was very clean and modern. Staff were friendly and helpful. I found the breakfast great (i especially enjoyed the croissants!).
The soundproofing wasn't great, i could hear some noise from other rooms.
