The front desk staff were helpful and answered all my questions.

The noise was a major problem. Every footstep and door slam from above was audible. This impacted sleep quality negatively..

a luxurious gem!

helpful team lovely apartment polite staff

the front desk team was helpful. i had a magnificent upgrade to a lovely two bedroom apartment. the staff were very courteous and eager to assist, especially at the reception. i found the beach proximity and local eateries to be very convenient.

the coffee in my room was not complimentary, and it was labeled as a mini-bar item. also, the coffee machine in the room did not work. this felt quite inconvenient and unexpected.

the hotel has an amazing view and direct access to the beach. there is a lovely promenade just below the hotel. it is full of restaurants and places to walk, offering local tastes and bars nearby.

the hotel offers three pools, including one in the spa area. i noticed a rooftop bar with great potential. parking is available in front of the hotel. the beach is near and private for hotel guests.

clean room breakfast variety private beach broken coffee machine slow service

the room was very clean. breakfast offered a good variety of choices (especially the fresh fruit). the private beach was quite close to the hotel. it was very convenient.

the coffee machine in the room didn't work. i had to call for someone to fix it. the rooftop bar was open, but it was difficult to get service there. sometimes nobody was behind the bar.

mixed feelings about this hotel

the bar area was technically open, but trying to get any service at the rooftop bar seemed like a mission impossible because no one was ever behind it. i could hear every single footstep and door slam from the room above. breakfast wasn't great either fish sticks and onion rings were not the breakfast i was hoping for.

the hotel has a rooftop pool and an indoor pool. daily cleaning happened and the provided amenities were very convenient.

sometimes it was difficult to find parking in the open space.
