The trips organized through the resort were really convenient. the facilities were good. I especially liked the pool (it was quite refreshing on a hot day!). the sunset bar had beautiful views. the staff were friendly and helpful at all times.

the resort is showing its age and appears tired (especially the furniture). a chair in my room was broken. the sliding door latch also did not work properly. i found these issues unexpected considering the room rate.

The resort had comfortable accommodation with amenities. Two appointed bedrooms existed, along with a European laundry. The kitchen featured a full-size refrigerator and oven. a family area! It had television, a DVD player, cards, and games. Resort facilities included three swimming pools, a spa, and several bars. Restaurants accommodated all budgets.

The rooms seemed a bit dated compared to my last visit. The decor could use a refresh! The toilet seat was off-center, echoing issues in other reviews. Clearly, no attention was paid to feedback.

The breakfast was excellent. It offered a rich variety of options. There were two good restaurants available. The Asian restaurant was excellent and worth the cost. I recommend it!

the ferry trip was a positive experience with a cute service. i especially appreciated the 4x4 tour. our guide hadden's extensive knowledge about the island added to our day. he made sure that the tour was lovely

I recently spent a few days here for a family wedding and everything was well-managed. the quality of the accommodation impressed me, especially the spacious rooms and the superb pools. I really appreciated them. the staff were friendly and helpful. our shuttle bus driver, james, deserves recognition for his dedication and cheerfulness in getting us to our destinations. He was top quality!

the lower pool could benefit from being designated as an adults-only area.

Our two-bedroom villa included a dishwasher, a washing machine, and a clothes dryer. THAT was very practical. The resort has village shops providing essential items. I liked the convenience of the on-site petrol station, and the pools were clean and well kept.

The food prices seemed a bit high, especially at the restaurants with limited children's options.
