Regal Comfort and Attentive Service
spacious suite attentive staff quality food
I appreciated the Victoria Suite. It was very spacious and clean. High Tea featured high-quality food and attentive staff. I found a la carte breakfast good with plenty of staff available.
The television in my suite was rather small considering the room's size.

The suite included very comfortable beds , pillows , and bedding. I appreciated the large size of the room and found it very clean upon arrival. High ceilings enhanced the regal feel.

Staff members were consistently friendly and super helpful. They took pride in their work. The attentiveness of the staff during High Tea contributed positively to my dining experience.

charming heritage stay
helpful staff delicious food
the hotel staff quickly resolved minor issues with wifi and a/c, showing a commitment to customer service. i received a complimentary upgrade to a spacious room. the cricketers arms bar had a great atmosphere and delicious food. free french champagne was also a lovely surprise.
the shower over the bath was quite small, a bit uncomfortable.

breakfast was served à la carte. it came with a smile and great service given it was included. the attached cricketers arms bar offers a club sandwich, also there is a grazing platter.

my room included a separate lounge with a second tv. the bathroom was perfect with real shampoo bottles and soap. the building has originality with lovely furniture. bedding was comfortable.

The location is central. It allowed for easy access to nearby attractions. I also liked the comfortable beds. A great range of pillows was available.
The windows had a film over them. This blocked natural light in the room. Hot water in the shower was not very hot. It was difficult to have a relaxing shower.

Underwhelming Stay at Heritage Building
worn furniture dated fixtures
The hotel benefits from its excellent location.
I booked a Traditional Queen Room for three nights. My room faced an interior courtyard and received very little natural light. The furniture looked worn, and the bathroom fixtures seemed dated. I could also hear noise from nearby rooms.
