Excellent Hotel Experience

My room included two separate sinks. The bathroom featured a rainfall shower. I found slippers and gowns neatly placed on the bed each evening. Electric blankets were switched on and ready for a cozy night (it was a nice touch).

The minibar was empty upon arrival.

the air conditioning in my room, a superior double or twin room terrace, was not working. a fan was provided, but it barely functioned. it was a very uncomfortable night because of the heat. the staff should ensure basic amenities are functional before guests arrive.

The staff proved helpful. The massage at the Africology Spa was great.

The temperature in the room got hot. The air conditioning switched off automatically, every time I tried to cool it down, quite annoying. I asked for the temperature to stay at 21 degrees, however it seemed to be ignored and not taken seriously. Our stay suffered because of that.
